The world currently has over 99 million adolescent girls who do not have access to school or any other learning centres. The need for empowering these youths through education is ever rising and we recognise that this is a complicated process with no overnight solution that can grant these kids access to learning. That is why we work in partnership with our volunteers on these grassroots projects to provide support to adolescent girls with the help of education. We are honoured to work with the volunteers who have dedicated themselves to the cause and are working tirelessly in the frontline to bring changes to the education quality for socioeconomically challenged kids, especially girls who have limited or no access to education. Our holistic approach includes Primary and Secondary education for the girl children, Vocational Training courses in rural and tribal areas, and Cyber Security Awareness in Tribal areas.
Primary and Secondary education for the girl children
Our nation is developing at a swift speed with the core focus on improving the quality of education across the nation, however, there is still a vast landscape that is not covered by this revolution. That is where the NYRA foundation steps in. We are dedicated to ensuring that no girl child goes without an education, regardless of her circumstances.
Our primary and secondary education program focuses specifically on providing literacy to girls in rural areas and urban tenements. This program has had an enormous impact on adolescent girls by providing them with the opportunity to learn and grow.
Vocational Training courses in rural and tribal areas
Team NYRA foundation doesn't only focus on bringing access to basic schooling for adolescents across the nation but also on the importance of providing instructional programs with the focus on the skill required for various job opportunities. This program has helped us in forging a new path for the youths living in the areas which are difficult to reach for scholastic programs of education. By the end of the training course, the learner has access to all the necessary skills and knowledge required to gain employment or even launch their own small business.
Our objective is to provide the youth of the nations with all the schooling and support needed for them to lift not only themselves but their families out of poverty and build a better life.
Cyber Security Awareness in Tribal areas
The constant advancement in technology has made the lives of everyone better by connecting everyone around the globe while bringing the new age of revolution in the field of information technology. But there is still a small section of society that has not been an active part of this evolution, leaving them vulnerable and with a disadvantage when it comes to information security. These sections of society often become an easy target for malicious organizations that are actively searching to exploit the gap in cybersecurity knowledge in society.
Our mission is to spread awareness regarding cybersecurity in the tribal area to make sure that they are not only aware of the constantly evolving risks of cyberattacks but can also utilize the knowledge to protect themselves and leverage the knowledge to grow and facilitate sustainable community impact.
NYRA Contribution for Children's Health
The Nurture Youth Reforms Association(NYRA) foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to the long-term development of India's adolescent girls. Our chairman, Mr Rohan Gaikwad established the NYRA foundation to not only make the playing field more levelled for the underprivileged juvenile girls and help to increase academic standards in our nation for the socioeconomically challenged kids but also for giving back to society by addressing the essential needs of socially and economically impaired families in an impartial and considerable way.
Our team makes it a point to keep a close eye on the various issues that underprivileged youngsters face, regardless of the nature of the obstacle, our team operates on the frontline, trying to ensure that progress can be made toward helping to improve the lives of these vulnerable young children, While also inspiring the volunteers and the students involved with our foundation to give their one hundred per cent to reach and help the young kids of the nations, regardless of how inaccessible they are.

We have embarked on a mission to help these kids who are suffering from cardiac problems by donating to Bai Jerbai Wadia Hospital to assist them with their cause. Our team desires to build a secure and healthful environment for our country's youth and supply them with an opportunity to develop.
We are on the quest to empower millions by providing basic necessities like clean water and nutrition so there would be no more pressure being put onto their households, thus enabling them to focus on developing themselves and by equipping them with the knowledge by regular schooling.
