I India has made great strides in education and sustainable development over the past few years. Cities have been technologized, states have developed, and education has been widely revamped. However, a closer examination reveals rural ecosystems that require redevelopment in the heart of many developed states. Such regions home many creative minds, and with the proper guidance and resources, they can shape a new picture of the country. NYRA Foundation was founded on this thoughtful understanding. Found in 2021, the NGO focuses on revamping the educational framework of rural ecosystems. It provides:
NYRA stands for complete reform of underprivileged aspirers. Its ideogram symbolises the basic vision that underpins everything it does. The Hand is the embodiment of 'Strength'; 'Help'; 'Protection'; 'Power'; or 'Authority'. The butterfly represents 'Endurance', 'Change', 'Hope' and 'Life'. The Book signifies learning and knowledge, and the palm stands 'Order', 'vitality' and 'Generosity'. The NGO is led by outstanding academics and corporate executives who ensure these core values are upheld consistently. And working together, they have outlined a likely trajectory for NYRA in a short time. From one state to another, it is helping the needy emerge above societal challenges and make their mark.
Starting an NGO is a rebellious career choice. It demands a person with a vision beyond monetary benefits. Rohan Gaikwad is the visionary behind NYRA. He is a leader of biblical qualities and diverse expertise. He is a Cyber Forensic Expert, Innovative Business Model Developer, Philanthropist and education activist. Over the years, he has set benchmarks in the cybersecurity realm. His business models are acclaimed by Global IT giants. Needless to say, his efforts are widely recognized. He has earned the epithets, 'Young Cyber Security Professional of the Year, Telecom 2021' and 'Cyber Warriors for the Year 2021'. In addition to these, Rohan has an unquenchable passion for societal welfare, especially to uplift the budding generation. He is associated with many NGOs to help students rise above constraints and carve their own niche. Moreover, he supports and takes part in movements like the 'Women's Movement for Peace & Prosperity'. During a visit to Vikramgadh, Palgar District Maharashtra, on the occasion of Women's Day 2019, Rohan identified a big deficit in the region's education system. Students needed not only basic study materials and stationery but also vital facilities in schools and institutions, such as clean drinking water and washrooms. Furthermore, meeting few 10th-grade students, he found a lack of confidence & personality even though they had knowledge.
