On the auspicious eve of Navratri, The team NYRA with our chairman Mr Rohan Gaikwad leading the charge set out with a mission to expunge the stigma related to the contrastive challenges of womanhood in our ever-evolving nation, One such topic was motherhood in femininity.
Motherhood is one such critical phase in one’s life where the world collides, the joy of beginning the journey towards maternity in our globe is unfortunately shrouded under bounteous questions, doubts and untold misconceptions. This elementary journey has been a dream of many all around the globe, lamentably not all who embark on this sojourn reach the phase of motherhood due to compilations that may come along the way or even during the beginning of the journey.
But with the advent of state-of-the-art technologies and with constant advancement in procedures like In vitro fertilization or IVF has helped in making the dream of motherhood come true for many. With the help of IVF experts and doctors around the globe has made this journey not only possible but also have given hope to a passel of women. We were honoured to have one such infertility specialist and gynecologist Dr Nandita Palshetkar as one of the guests at the event who is not only one of the most renowned doctors in the nation but also a respected expert in the field of In vitro fertilization. Dr Palshetkar was also joined by Mr Rohan Gaikwad, Chairman of NYRA foundation for an amazing discussion regarding the marvellous and riveting journey of Dr Nandita Palshetkar as a a test tube baby expert. The interview was headed by acutely accomplished Ms. Priyanvada Sawant. The interview also touched the points like the changes in mentality regarding the pregancy as well as the mentality of preferring a male child over female and many more such questions which being important to address but have been eluded from public discussions.
Mr. Rohan Gaikwad also sheded light on the importance of education in under developed areas as it serves as a weapon against the discrimination of female child as well as is capable of dissuading people in tribal areas towards female abortion. In the discussion, Dr Nandita Palshetkar furthermore addressed the importance of awareness about the diagnosis and the treatments for infertility.
While the eventfull discussion was nearing to the end, Ms Priyanvada asked our guest Dr Nandita to share her philosophy on life as well as a message for the viewers. To which Dr Nandita replied with a sweet and meticulous message urging viewers to always be kind.
The discussion also served as a platform for unveiling of Setu project by NYRA foundation. Mr Rohan Gaikwad explained more about the project as a medium for connecting people for economicaly and socially challenged communities by the medium of education. The project focuses on training the people on basic computer as well as fundamental corporate skills such as speaking skills, sales call and many other elemental skills that they can add to their arsenal to get a start in corporate. The NYRA foundation conducted first class of 15 in accordance to Setu project under the guidance of Mr Rohan Gaikwad himself.
